Netball Jamaica Seeks Strength and Conditioning Specialist Ahead of England Series

Netball Jamaica continues its search for a strength and conditioning specialist as the Sunshine Girls step up preparations for their upcoming four-match series against England Roses in November and December.

The move is aimed at helping Jamaica’s senior women’s team maintain a competitive edge and match the physical demands of the top netball teams around the world.

The Sunshine Girls are scheduled to face England in two matches at the Copper Box Arena in England on November 21 and 22, before returning home for the Jamaican leg of the series on December 5 and 6 at the National Indoor Sports Centre.

Having a dedicated strength and conditioning specialist would help the Sunshine Girls improve their physical fitness, power, speed and endurance, while supporting their ability to compete at the highest level.

Meanwhile, head coach of the Sunshine Girls, Sasher-Gaye Henry-Wright, has expressed appreciation to Jamaica College and GC Foster College for their support of the team’s preparations.

Henry-Wright says they are currently working on the fundamentals.
