Jakarta, IO – PT Indogula Jayabaya, a subsidiary of Koperasi Kana specializing in cane-based brown sugar production, has secured a financing facility from PT ORIX Indonesia Finance following a feasibility assessment. The financing will support the company’s plans to expand its business and scale up production.
The cooperation agreement was signed at Koperasi Kana’s office in Menara Syariah, Jakarta, in the presence of Koperasi Kana Chairman Jonathan Danang Wardhana, PT Indogula Jayabaya Director Karolus Hoky, and PT ORIX Indonesia Finance Director Sudarmo Soemantri.
PT ORIX Indonesia Finance is part of ORIX Corporation, a Japanese financial services group established in 1964 that has operated in Indonesia since 1975. The partnership expands Koperasi Kana’s business network while adding to PT Indogula Jayabaya’s track record of securing financing for business development.
As part of its expansion plans, Koperasi Kana has also partnered with Nextcore Innovative Solutions as a business consultant to support the company’s planning and development. Nextcore’s advisory services will help PT Indogula Jayabaya formulate growth strategies, strengthen its business readiness, and maximize its potential as a subsidiary of Koperasi Kana.

Koperasi Kana Chairman Jonathan Danang Wardhana said the development of PT Indogula Jayabaya was part of the cooperative’s broader plan to expand its role in Indonesia’s brown sugar industry.

Our cooperation with ORIX Indonesia Finance is one step toward supporting PT Indogula Jayabaya’s growth. Through financing from ORIX and business advisory support from Nextcore Innovative Solutions, Koperasi Kana is working to develop PT Indogula Jayabaya and achieve this goal.
