The film posted a Rs 112 crore worldwide gross on its opening day. The numbers came in despite mixed responses from audiences and critics.

Following the release, several viewers flagged an issue with the English subtitles. According to complaints, subtitles appeared with timecodes and overlapping text, partially covering the screen. Reports of the issue surfaced from multiple theatres.

Audience members shared visuals on social media and called on the makers to fix the problem at the earliest. Since the film is running in multiple languages, the subtitle issue has drawn wider attention.

Apart from Prabhas, the cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Jisshu Sengupta, Zarina Wahab, and others. The film is produced by T G Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, with music composed by Thaman.
