Vijay Deverakonda faced a major challenge while preparing for his role in Ranabaali. Known for his urban image and stylish screen presence, the actor had to undergo a complete transformation to portray a rustic village character convincingly.

Wearing a dhoti, getting the local slang right, and adapting to the character’s natural body language were among the biggest challenges.

Moving away from his usual screen image and embracing the raw, earthy nature of the role required considerable effort and a lot of patience.

However, Vijay appears to have nailed the transformation, winning attention for his rustic appearance and performance. The film releases on October 16, 2026.
