According to the forecast, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some places in 2 districts of Garhwal division of the state. Along with this, rain alongwith heavy thunder and lightning is forecast in 2 districts of Kumaon division as well. Intense to very intense spells of rain are forecast in the remaining districts.
Rain forecast in entire Uttarakhand today
According to the Meteorological Department, today on Monday, September 8, there may be rains in Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal divisions in Garhwal division of Uttarakhand. Intense to very intense spells of rain will go on at some places. The Meteorological Department has also forecast the same for 2 districts of Kumaon division, Bageshwar and Nainital. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be intense to very intense spells of rain with thunder in some places in the remaining 9 districts of the state.
The weather will remain like this till September 11
Along with this, the Meteorological Department has also released the weather forecast till September 11. Rain will not stop on 9, 10 and 11 September. Spells of rain will continue in the entire state on these three days. Yellow alert will remain on these three days as well. Although the intensity of rain has been forecast less for September 10 and 11.
Temperature of major cities of Uttarakhand
Due to rain, the temperature in Uttarakhand remains pleasant. The maximum temperature of the capital Dehradun was 28° Celsius and the minimum temperature is 23° Celsius. This temperature is very ideal for those who love to travel. The temperature of the holy city Haridwar is neither too hot nor too cold. The maximum temperature here is 31° Celsius and the minimum temperature is 24° Celsius.
Rudrapur, the headquarter of Udham Singh Nagar district, has a maximum temperature of 32°C and a minimum temperature of 26°C. Kashipur also has a temperature similar to Rudrapur. The maximum temperature here is 32°C and the minimum temperature is 26°C. Haldwani recorded a maximum temperature of 29°C and a minimum temperature of 24°C.
