The Uttarakhand Board has announced the results for its High School and Intermediate examinations 2026. The pass percentage for the High School examination stood at 92.10%. Once again, female students dominated the board examinations this year; the pass percentage for girls was 96.07%, while the pass percentage for boys was recorded at 88.03%. The pass percentage for the Intermediate examination was 85.11%. Here, too, female students outperformed their male counterparts, with a pass percentage of 88.09% compared to 81.93% for boys. CM Dhami and Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat have extended their congratulations to the successful students. They have also urged those who were unsuccessful not to lose heart but to work hard once again.
In the Class 10 examinations, Akshita topped the state by securing 98.2% marks. In the Intermediate examinations, Geetika Pant of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Inter College, Bageshwar, and Sushila Mehdiratta of Bhangaram Amar Inter College, Bhura Rani (Udham Singh Nagar), jointly secured the first position by obtaining 98.0% marks.
Candidates can check their examination results on the Board’s official website: www.ubse.uk.gov.in. Board Secretary Vinod Prasad Simulti informed that a total of 215,262 candidates had registered for the examinations this year. Specifically, 112,276 candidates appeared for the High School examination, and 102,986 candidates appeared for the Intermediate examination. The examinations were conducted from February 21 to March 20, and the evaluation of answer sheets was carried out between March 27 and April 10, 2026.
