Chief Minister Dhami participated in the launch program of the Uttarakhand Aroma Revolution Policy 2026-36 held in Dehradun today (December 13). During the event, CM Dhami launched the Uttarakhand Aroma Revolution Policy. He stated that as a result of the unprecedented work done in various sectors, Uttarakhand is becoming an example for other states in the country. He expressed confidence that in the coming years, Uttarakhand will set an example for the entire country in the field of aroma-based industries.
CM Dhami said that this scheme is dedicated to the farmers. Seven aromatic plants will be developed, and five satellite centers are also being inaugurated. He added that several important MoUs are being signed today, which will provide a new direction to the cultivation of Timur (a type of aromatic plant). CM Dhami said that this policy will greatly benefit farmers, and provisions have been made to assist them with packaging and branding.
