Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra ties a knot with senior Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader and four-time MP Pinaki Misra. As per the media reports, the wedding took place on May 3 in Germany, where both the leaders kept it extremely secret.
On Thrusday, TMC MP shared a post with husband Misra, announcing their marriage on her official social media platform X. She shared a photo with her husband and write, “Thank you everyone for the love and good wishes!! So grateful.”

Earlier, a photo that went viral on social media, in which Moitra adorned in traditional attire with heavy gold jewellery, suggests a private but ceremonious wedding. In the photo, BJD MP Misra also joined Moitra in a traditional outfit.
Followers congratulated newly wed couple on social media. TMC Lok Sabha MP from Jadavpur Saayoni Ghosh also took social media X to congratulate the couple.
