Hyderabad: The Telangana Law Common Entrance Test (TG LAWCET) and PGLCET 2026 notification will be issued on February 8. Candidates seeking admissions to three-year and five-year law degree programmes, and PG law courses can apply without a late fee between February 10 and April 1. The last date to apply with a late fee of different slabs is May 13.

The CET committee of the TG LAWCET and PGLCET 2026 which met in Hyderabad on Tuesday decided the schedule for the law entrance tests. The computer-based entrance tests will be conducted on May 18.

The entrance test for three-year LLB will be conducted from 9.30 am to 11 am, and 12.30 pm to 2 pm, while examination for the five-year law degree programme and LLM is scheduled from 4 pm to 5.30 pm on the same day.

More details regarding the TG LAWCET and PGLCET will be hosted on the website https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/ from February 8.

Telangana Council of Higher Education Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy, Osmania University Vice Chancellor and TG LAWCET Chairman Prof. Kumar Molugaram, TGCHE VC-I and II Prof. E Purushotham and Prof. K Mahamood, Secretary Prof. Sriram Venkatesh, and TG LAWCET Convener Prof. B Vijayalaxmi among others also participated in the meeting.
