The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has asked all party MPs, MLAs, MLCs, District Congress Committee (DCC) and City District Congress Committee (CDCC) presidents, TPCC vice-presidents, general secretaries and senior leaders to reach New Delhi by the night of October 11 or the morning of October 12.

They have asked to report in New Delhi as per the directions of the AICC general secretary (organisation) K.C. Venugopal, according to TPCC president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud. He urged the leaders to treat the instruction as a matter of utmost importance.

Party leaders said they will participate in the rally demanding scrapping SIR and also the resignation of the CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Party leaders from across the country will join the rally.
