There is important news for devotees planning to visit Kedarnath Dham: helicopter ticket bookings for the final leg of the pilgrimage—covering the period from October 16 to November 9, 2026—will commence tomorrow, October 9.

Devotees wishing to visit Baba Kedarnath via helicopter services can book their tickets starting at 3:00 PM tomorrow (October 9) through the IRCTC website. The Uttarakhand Char Dham Yatra is currently in its final phase; the portals of the Kedarnath shrine will close for devotees on the occasion of Bhai Dooj, two days after Diwali. Following this, the winter pilgrimage season will begin. In light of this, the Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority has opened bookings for helicopter services up to November 9, 2026. Devotees can book tickets via the official IRCTC website: https://heliyatra.irctc.co.in.

The round-trip fares for helicopter services to Kedarnath Dham have been pre-determined as follows:

• Guptkashi to Kedarnath Dham: ₹12,762 (inclusive of GST)
• Phata to Kedarnath Dham: ₹10,164 (inclusive of GST)
• Sirsi to Kedarnath Dham: ₹6,390 (inclusive of GST)
