The train, carrying around 180 passengers, was travelling between Rouen and Caen when it went off the tracks near Cléon in Normandy, shortly before 20:00 local time.An 18-year-old woman was critically injured and airlifted to Rouen University Hospital, while 43 others reportedly suffered minor injuries. The cause of the derailment was not immediately known. SNCF reported significant disruption to rail services in the area and said replacement buses would be provided.
