The Office of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Morigaon under Morigaon Judiciary Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Driver on contractual basis in 2026.

Salary : Rs. 15000/- per month
Qualification :
1. Candidate must Possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VIII standard; and those who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said
post.
2. Must hold valid driving license to drive LMV/ four wheeler vehicle for not less than last 2 years
Age Limit : Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on 01-01-2026. The upper age limit is relaxed by (copy of the certificate relating to reservation category issued by the competent authority must be submitted along with the application):
a. 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates, i.e., 45 years;
b. 3 (three) years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e., 43 years.

Candidates must submit their application in standard form along with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Experience Ceftificate (if any), copy of the Employment Exchange Registration Card along with 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side and addressed to: The District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Morigaon, Judicial Court Morigaon, Pin- 782105, Assam.
The envelope containing the duly completed application form should be dropped in the drop box labelled ‘DROP BOX OF APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DRIVER (Contractual basis)’ kept in the premises of the District Legal SerVices Authority, Morigaon between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the working days from 06-05-2026 to 20-05-2026
