The Meterological department has issued a warning that rains are likely to occur in Andhra Pradesh today. They mentioned that there are chances of getting moderately strong to heavy rains along with thunder, lightning, and lightning strikes in Srikakulam district, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitarama Raju district, Ambedkar Konaseema, West Godavari, Krishna, and NTR. The officials said that the weather condition has become good for rains as a low-pressure belt and a cyclonic circulation formed around the state.
The authorities have warned that
low lying areas would be inundated as continuous rains. On the other hand, the officials mentioned that temperatures are likely to decrease slightly, and fishermen and farmers have been told to take care while working in open areas and remain updated with the weather forecast.
