Dhari Devi is worshiped as the protector goddess of Char Dham. It is believed that the idol of Dhari Devi changes its form three times a day. After the Kedarnath disaster of 2013, the recognition of Dhari Devi has increased further in the country and abroad. Many believe that the Kedarnath disaster came only after Dhari Devi was uplifted in 2013.
