Instead of planning things properly, the delay is being projected as sheer dedication and commitment, but in reality, these last-minute works are resulting in the cancellation of premiere shows in international markets, causing frustration among fans.

Tollywood is becoming synonymous with the postponement of films, but despite changes in release dates, which allow more time to complete the work, the makers are still struggling to make it on time, leaving audiences and cinephiles puzzled about the poor planning in the industry.

Actors might claim they are working hard to offer an extraordinary experience, but at what cost? Many locations in the USA still operate on hard drives, and several biggies have recently missed premiere shows as the content was not delivered on time. This is directly affecting a significant chunk of revenue. Also, at times, prints with below-par quality are being sent overseas.

Fans are questioning the urgency of announcing release dates when the promised deadlines cannot be met. They feel the industry should take measures to prevent such a mess and have the product ready well in advance. If this issue is corrected, promotions can also be planned better.
