The four-day monsoon session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly began today from Tuesday (August 19) in Bhararisain Assembly. On the very first day, the opposition created a ruckus. Amidst this, the proceedings of the House were adjourned several times. At the same time, in the evening, CM Dhami tabled a supplementary budget of Rs 5315 crore amid the uproar. Along with this, nine bills were also introduced. After this, the proceedings of the House were adjourned till 11 am on Wednesday.

At 11 am, the proceedings of the House started like this, the opposition started a ruckus. Meanwhile, the Congress leaders in the House even overturned the table. Amidst repeated uproar, the proceedings of the House had to be adjourned seven times.
