Property Tax services now available on G-Tax

The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) advises property owners across Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique that property tax information and services are now fully accessible through G-Tax, the Division’s new digital tax administration platform.

The addition of property tax to G-Tax represents another significant step in the government’s ongoing modernisation of tax administration, providing taxpayers with a more convenient, efficient, and accessible way to manage their tax obligations.

Through their G-Tax accounts, property owners can now view their property details, access and print demand notices, check their balances, make payments, and update their personal information. This enhancement is designed to make managing property tax faster, simpler, and more convenient by allowing property owners to access their records and complete transactions online at any time.

Property owners who already created a G-Tax account because of another tax obligation do not need to register again, as all taxes associated with a taxpayer’s name now share one Tax Identification Number (TIN). Property owners with no other tax obligations are required to sign up for G-Tax by visiting tax.gov.gd and creating an account. New users should allow approximately 48 hours for account activation and verification.

The division encourages all property owners, including those who recently purchased or acquired property, to register and take advantage of these services. Employers and organisations are also encouraged to share this information with their staff.

Property owners seeking additional information or assistance are encouraged to contact the Inland Revenue Division at 440-3556, call the G-Tax Hotline at 421-4247, or visit our offices during normal business hours.

The Inland Revenue Division thanks the public for its continued cooperation and remains committed to delivering efficient, fair, and professional service to all taxpayers.
