Grenada has delivered a historic performance at the 2025 Central American & Caribbean (CAC) Bodybuilding & Fitness Championship, held in St Lucia from 24–28 September, bringing home 2 Pro Cards and 4 gold medals.
Grenada’s 2024 Bodybuilder of the Year Andrew Hyacinth stole the spotlight by claiming the Overall Bodybuilding Title and earning his Pro Card, cementing his status as one of the region’s top athletes.

Joining him in making history is Odel Cato who also secured a Pro Card after dominating the Men’s Physique Category, capturing the Overall Title. Together, Hyacinth and Cato’s victories mark a massive achievement for the Spice Isle on the international stage.

Other standout performances included newcomers Keron Collier — 1st Place, Men’s Bodybuilding Junior, and Javon Joseph — 1st Place, Men’s Physique Junior. Both delivered exceptional performances in their debut competition, cementing Grenada’s promising future in the sport.
Accompanied by coach and International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) Pro Elite Damion Daniel and IFBB Pro Grantley Charles, Team Grenada has shown unmatched determination, discipline, and excellence, firmly establishing the island as a powerhouse in regional bodybuilding.
