The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for an efficient and cost-effective transportation system for GAA employees.
Key Objectives:
Provide safe and reliable transportation for shift workers while optimising routes and schedules to improve efficiency, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Shift Schedule:
- 5:30 am — 2 pm
- 2 pm — 10:30 pm
- 10:30 pm — 6:10 am
- 8:00 am — 4 pm (Standard office shift)
Routes and Coverage Areas:
The transportation system provider must accommodate the following shift times and designated routes.

Proposal requirements:
- Company Profile — Experience, licenses, and certifications
- Technical Proposal — Route plans, fleet specifications, safety measures
- Financial Proposal — Detailed daily, monthly, and weekend cost breakdowns
- Implementation Plan — Rollout timeline and contingency measures
