REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Detailed design and site supervision services for
Rainwater Harvesting in Schools project for
Climate-
Resilient Water Sector in Grenada (G-CREWS) Project

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Consultant
COUNTRY OF ASSIGNMENT: Grenada
ANTICIPATED ACTIVITY START: 20 January 2026

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to hire a qualified consultant with proven experience and background in detailed design development and supervision of construction for up to 129 days between 20 January 2026 and 31 July 2026.  The consultant will

  • Provide detailed design services for retrofitting and/ or new installations of/ at 11 schools in Grenada
  • Supervise the construction and retrofitting rainwater harvesting systems at up to 7 schools in Grenada
  • Ensure the installation of specified infrastructure components is completed according to the design to the required standards
  • Incorporate adequate environmental, climate variability, social, and gender safeguards into the supervision process
  • Additional Information:
  • The consultancy includes an optional service for supervision services of up to 4 additional sites
