The Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) wishes to advise that the application deadline for the Pearl Allison Lake (PAL) Scholarship Fund has been extended to Monday, 27 July 2026, at 10 am AST.
The extension provides prospective applicants with additional time to complete and submit their applications.
Interested students from the ECTEL Contracting States are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility requirements and ensure that all required supporting documents are submitted by the new deadline. Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Applicants who have already submitted their applications do not need to reapply.

The PAL Scholarship Fund was established in honour of the late Pearl Allison Lake, a dedicated member of the ECTEL Directorate who served the organisation for 20 years until her passing in June 2024. Deeply passionate about children and education, Pearl believed firmly in the transformative power of learning and opportunity.
