“For Georgia, vocational education has its distinct importance. Historically, it was prestigious for us to learn a craft. The 19th century became the era of vocational schools. The need for vocational education is clear in Georgia even today. We know that many interesting things are planned in this direction. Collecting materials in the presented book was not easy. The general public will learn a lot of unknown information with this book,” said TSU Rector Jaba Samushia.
“Vocational education is becoming even more relevant in our lives, and we put a special emphasis on this direction; we intend to strengthen both the infrastructure of vocational institutions, develop programs that will be adapted to the needs of the market, and expand the geographical area of education.” Many investors are coming to Georgia today, and they should not be uncomfortable; they should not have to bring personnel, our population should be employed as much as possible. In the recent period, the credibility of professional programs must increase,” said the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth Givi Mikanadze.
