Police and Ecomig conduct joint visibility patrols in bondali communities

Personnel of the Bondali Hybrid Police Station under the Sibanor Division, in collaboration with the Senegalese ECOMIG contingent based in Kangfenda, on Thursday carried out coordinated visibility patrols across several communities.

The exercise aimed to boost security presence, enhance public confidence, and proactively address potential safety concerns.

Station Officer ASP Bojang, who led the operation, briefed officers on key objectives, stressing professionalism, discipline, teamwork and respect for human rights.

The patrol covered Mayork, Allakunda, Bambara, Kangiranba, Fass Chabai, Jonkel, Chabai, Wassadu and Arankoli Kunda, with all areas reported calm and incident-free.

The Gambia Police Force reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining peace and security through continued collaboration with partner security agencies.
