MATSAPHA – The atmosphere at the Jesus Calls Worship Centre (JCWC) reached a glorious spiritual crescendo this Good Friday as the “Lion of the North,” Apostle Joseph Sithole, delivered a life-shifting prophetic message during the landmark 2026 Gathering of Nations (GON).
In a spectacular display of faith that has captured the heart of the nation, thousands of believers have converged on the “Big Ship” in Matsapha to witness a move of God like no other. Marking the ministry’s monumental 30th Anniversary, this year’s Gathering of Nations is proving to be a profound blend of spiritual intercession and economic empowerment.
The historic event, which officially commenced on Tuesday, March 31, continues to draw massive, joyful crowds and is set to run through to a grand celebratory finale on Sunday, April 5.
The spiritual weight of the day is further elevated as the JCWC family celebrates three decades of impact during the sacred season of Passover. Apostle Sithole, the renowned South African apostolic voice and wealth teacher, electrified the auditorium, challenging the thousands in attendance to adopt a “visionary mindset.” He emphasized that true Kingdom success is birthed through divine anticipation rather than mere reaction.
With a commanding presence and an infectious passion, Apostle Sithole shared a compelling metaphor on strategic movement that left the congregants inspired.
“Don’t go where the puck is; Always watch where the puck is going and go and stand there,” he declared, urging the nation to stay ahead of global shifts.
The Apostle called for the rise of a new generation of “technocrats”—business leaders and educators who understand the times and can navigate the complexities of the modern world with ease. His message was clear: as the world moves in one direction, the believer must already be positioned at the next destination, waiting for the world to arrive.
