The Ministry of Education and National Reconciliation in St Vincent and the Grenadines has announced the results of the 2025 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA), revealing that 1,470 students met the prescribed standard, representing 87.34 per cent of test-takers.
The results show a marginal decrease from last year’s performance rate of 87.68 per cent, dropping by 0.34 percentage points. Despite this small decline, the ministry noted continued strong participation and achievement across genders.
Of the 1,470 students who met the standard, 722 were males and 748 were females, demonstrating relatively balanced performance between gender groups.
Sugar Mill Academy dominated the top 10 rankings, claiming five of the ten spots including the top three positions. Saj Christophe Caesar from Sugar Mill Academy secured the first place overall.
