On the heels of his COLORS x STUDIOS performance, Protoje kicks off the summer tour run tomorrow
The two-time Grammy-nominated Jamaican reggae artist Protoje unveils his latest single, Feel It, today, a lush, sensual track produced by The Indiggnation and longtime collaborator Winta James (the sonic mind behind Protoje’s Who Knows ft Chronixx and Switch It Up ft Koffee).
A shimmering fusion of reggae, soul, and jazz, Feel It showcases Protoje’s softer side, leaning into themes of romance and connection while riding a breezy summer groove perfect for long days and warm nights.
Out now with an accompanying video directed by Samo, Feel It is a sonic escape built for the season from an artist who has mastered the art of modernizing reggae without losing its essence.
‘With Feel It, I wanted to inspire movement. I wanted to give the woman dem something to move to — inna reggae style — a nice tempo, something you can hold a vibe to. A song that brings people closer and gives off that light, airy feeling for summer,’ Protoje told Loop News.
While Feel It ushers in a fresh wave of warmth, Protoje’s latest single, Big 45, continues its momentum.
The track recently earned a COLORS x STUDIOS performance this week, with Protoje’s commanding delivery drawing acclaim.
Its official video hit #1 on the Jamaica YouTube chart in April, and has since amassed over three million views, cementing its place as a standout anthem in his catalog.
Protoje is also during a major international tour this summer, with festival appearances across North America and Europe, including Reggae Sumfest (Jamaica), Levitate Music Festival (US), Monegros Desert Festival (Spain), and Reggae Geel (Belgium) — continuing into early 2026 with stops across France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
