1. REASON at Masaryčka

Eleven floors above Masaryk Station, REASON offers one of Prague’s newest rooftop dining spots, with views over the city and the Zaha Hadid-designed Masaryčka development.

This summer, its terrace is also home to the seasonal Frerejean Frères Champagne Bar, serving champagne by the glass, cocktails, oysters and light bites. The menu includes THE REASON KIR, made with herbs grown on the rooftop.

This summer: Champagne, oysters and cocktails above Masaryčka.

2. W Prague – ABOVE Rooftop

ABOVE Rooftop at W Prague brings a Mediterranean feel to the top of Wenceslas Square.

The daily Mediterranean Hour runs from 5 to 6 PM, with two spritzes and a Taste of the Mediterranean platter for CZK 990. Oysters are also served from Thursday to Saturday, alongside a programme of summer events and pop-ups.

This summer: Mediterranean Hour, sunset drinks and oysters in the centre.

3. MINUTY Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop at Fairmont Golden Prague offers views across Pařížská, Letná and the city centre from nine floors up.

MINUTY Rooftop Terrace by Golden Eye focuses on champagne, oysters, caviar and cocktails. The terrace is seasonal and is expected to remain open until September, weather permitting.

This summer: Champagne, oysters and caviar with a view.

4. Sky Lounge 360°

For the view alone, Sky Lounge 360° is hard to beat. The rooftop looks across Prague’s historic centre and becomes livelier during the summer months, with DJs, sunset events and Prague Rooftop Festival activities.

It is more about drinks and atmosphere than a long dinner — a good option for an evening that starts at sunset and continues after dark.

This summer: Sunset events, DJs and panoramic views.

5. The Cloud One Rooftop

The Cloud One Prague on Hybernská has its own rooftop cocktail bar overlooking the Masaryčka area.

The relaxed terrace works well for an after-work drink, while summer events bring DJs and a livelier atmosphere at sunset. It has also joined the Prague Rooftop Festival programme.

And if you want to make a night of it, REASON is just a short walk away.

This summer: Cocktails, sunset events and views of Masaryčka.

6. Casablanca Sky Bar

On the sixth floor of The President Hotel, Casablanca Sky Bar looks out over the Vltava and Prague skyline.

With DJs, cocktails and regular sunset events, it has more of a party atmosphere than a traditional hotel rooftop. It is also one of the venues taking part in the Prague Rooftop Festival.

This summer: DJs, cocktails and sunset parties above the Vltava.

7. Monkey Bar

Monkey Bar at Falkensteiner Hotel Prague is a quieter alternative, with a green, jungle-style terrace close to the main railway station.

Every Thursday until the end of August, the terrace hosts BBQ & Beats, combining barbecue, live music and summer drinks. Frozen margaritas are also on the menu.

For daytime plans, there is Jungle Brunch, including a bottomless mimosa option.

This summer: BBQ & Beats every Thursday through August.
