Sabre Travel Network (Brunei) Sdn Bhd has launched its much-anticipated Travel Fair today, marking the 20th edition of the flagship event at the BRIDEX International Convention Centre.
In his welcoming speech, General Manager of Sabre Travel Network Brunei expressed pride in the fair’s milestone achievement.
“We are proud to commemorate a major milestone with the 20th edition of the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair. This prestigious event continues to serve as a vibrant hub for the travel and leisure industry—bringing together airlines, travel agencies, national tourism offices, and service providers to engage directly with consumers,” said Abd Halim Haji Abd Rahman.

He further highlighted that this year’s edition is the largest to date, showcasing 37 exhibitors across 92 booths.
In attendance to open the fair was Deputy Permanent Secretary (Transport) at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications Haji Mohammad Salihin Haji Aspar, who underlined the significance of the annual event in fostering growth within the travel and tourism industry.

Among the travel agencies participating in the fair are Al Hijrah Travel and Tours, Al Kheira Travel & Tours, An-Nur Al-Khayr Travel & Tours, Anthony Tours and Travel, At Taqwa Travel Tours, Dar El Ehsan Travel, Darussalam Services, Freme Travel Service, Ghufran Travel & Tours, Halim Tours, Ikhlas Global Tours, JJ Tour Service, Pan Bright Travel, Southern Cross Travel, Straits Central Agencies, and Titian Travel & Tours.

National tourism organisations are also participating in the fair, including the Brunei Tourism Board, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board, Sabah Tourism Board, Sarawak Tourism Board, Taiwan Tourism Administration KL Office, Tourism Department Perbadanan Labuan and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Complementing the travel and tourism exhibitors are three insurance providers, namely Takaful Brunei Am, Insurans Islam TAIB and National Insurance Company Berhad, along with a diverse lineup of companies from various sectors. These include Royal Brunei Airlines, Baiduri Bank, Imagine, Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, Datastream Digital (DST), Perbadanan TAIB, Standard Chartered Bank, and lifestyle brands such as Chik Chik Restaurant, Coffee by 7t1, Geo Eats, Hart Living and Qahwa by Taqwa.

Visitors can also enjoy a range of food and beverage offerings, with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s food truck stationed at the entrance of Hall 1.
The Sabre Brunei Travel Fair, now in its 20th year, continues to attract thousands of visitors annually, offering exclusive travel deals, promotions, and opportunities for industry players to strengthen ties with the public while promoting global and regional tourism.
