Get ready for breathtaking stunts, dazzling water effects and world-class entertainment as the Great British Circus makes its highly anticipated Brunei debut with The Legend of the Sea, transforming Jerudong Park’s Pusing Lagi Car Park into a spectacular aquatic circus from July 31 to August 23.
The two-hour live production promises an unforgettable adventure for audiences of all ages, featuring a state-of-the-art water circus stage, an international cast of performers and a thrilling blend of gravity-defying acrobatics, spectacular circus acts and immersive aquatic effects inspired by the wonders of the sea.
The production was officially unveiled during a press conference at the Wonder Park Mini Amphitheatre, where Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd (JPCC) was announced as the official venue partner for the landmark event.

Speaking at the press conference, Director and General Manager of Big Kid Entertainment (M) Sdn Bhd Omar Avila shared details of the production, which continues the Great British Circus’ tradition of bringing internationally acclaimed family entertainment to audiences across the region.

In her welcoming remarks, General Manager of JPCC Hajah Siti Norzalena binti Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Raja Dato Seri Laila Jasa Haji Awang Abdul Rahman said the partnership reflects Jerudong Park’s commitment to creating memorable experiences for families and communities, adding that the venue looks forward to welcoming visitors for the exciting live circus experience.

Among the show’s standout characters is Calypso, Queen of Atlantis, portrayed by Roxy, who has been performing in The Legend of the Sea for three series. As the guardian of the magical pearl, Calypso embarks on an enchanting underwater adventure alongside her ocean companions, including graceful mermaids, a playful octopus and a seahorse. Together, they protect the kingdom’s greatest treasure while bringing the magical world beneath the waves to life through breathtaking performances.
Great British Circus is the international arm of Big Kid Entertainment and the sister brand of Big Kid Circus in the United Kingdom. Since its launch, the circus has captivated audiences across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia with its spectacular productions.

The Legend of the Sea runs from July 31 to August 23 at Pusing Lagi Car Park, Jerudong Park. Tickets are available through the official Great British Circus website, with walk-in ticket sales to be announced closer to the event, subject to availability.
