The first Regional Trade Summit has opened in Banja Luka. It is a two-day gathering that brings together leading representatives of businesses, retail chains, chambers of commerce and representatives of institutions.
At the Regional Trade Summit in Banja Luka, the Republika Srpska is emphasizing the importance of opening new markets and concluding new regional free trade agreements, said the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Staša Košarac.
“We have a number of challenges ahead of us, but I believe that this summit will also bring concrete conclusions about the direction in which we should move in trade and every other area, and not in a one-way direction,” Košarac told reporters in Banja Luka.
The organizers stated that the Summit is the first event that brings together business leaders, policymakers and innovators from the Balkans with the aim of shaping the future of trade and regional cooperation.
