Ex-SIPA Chief Raises Serious Allegations: RS Government Vehicles Linked to Cocaine Smuggling?

Are the official vehicles of the Government of the RS used as logistics for smuggling cocaine, former SIPA director Perica Stanić asks the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska and the SNSD. In particular, he asked for an answer to the question, whether the head of the security of the then Prime Minister Radovan Višković used the Sky application, and whether the entire case is being covered up.

Former high-ranking official of police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Perica Stanić, caused quite a stir with a letter he sent to his former company – the MoI of Republika Srpska. He is asking for public statements on allegations that individuals from the MUP are involved in drug smuggling, that cocaine is being driven in official cars and that the top of the government is aware of everything.

“We ask the competent ministry if it is true that some members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Srpska used their position and connections with the highest officials of the SNSD to commit serious crimes of organized crime? Is it true that the investigative bodies of the Republika Srpska documented evidence of these criminal activities, but that the investigation is being dragged out in order to cover up everything?”

Perica Stanić did not respond to calls and messages from Federalna, so it remains unknown where the information he has came from and how reliable it is. However, representatives of the Ministry of Interior and the Government of Republika Srpska reacted.

“If there is any indication, a report should be sent. That was not possible. It should probably be kept on topic. Mr. Stanić knows how it goes. Everyone will be punished most severely,” said Savo Minić, Prime Minister of the RS.

“An internal procedure is carried out on every indication of crime… That man was the director of SIPA, we know how it works”, says Željko Budimir, Minister of Internal Affairs of the RS (SNSD).

In his letter, Stanić also asks whether the official vehicles of the Government of Republika Srpska and former Prime Minister Radovan Višković were used to transport large amounts of cocaine for a long period of time, and whether such transports were carried out across the border with the use of police escort. The answer comes from Višković himself, who announces a lawsuit for bringing his name into this context.

“I rarely comment on nebulose, but this is an attack on my personal integrity and on my family. Therefore, I can only tell Mr. Stanić, and all those portals that in some way transmit comments based on these lies and untruths, that they will be sued. I expect that lawsuits will be filed very soon and they will have the opportunity to show and prove their allegations in court. I expect and tell them to get ready.”

In his manner, Višković asks a counter-question to Stanić if he is speaking from personal experience and reminds that during his mandate as director of SIPA, one of the advisors of the then Minister of Security was arrested as a member of an organized criminal group that was involved in drug smuggling, Federalna writes.
