BiH Presidency Member Cvijanovic Begins US Visit With Meetings in Washington

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović is on a three-day visit to the United States, and she posted a video on the social network X in which she can be seen leaving the White House.

As she emphasized in her post on X, Cvijanović was in the West Wing of the White House.

“Every opportunity to explain the political situation in BiH in the West Wing of the White House is precious. It is not the first, and I am sure it will not be the last. We continue,” wrote the member of the Presidency of BiH.

The West Wing of the White House is known as the essential center of presidential power, because this part of the complex is home to, among other things, the Oval Office, as well as the offices of the closest associates of the US President.

The video does not reveal with whom Cvijanović held a meeting. It can be assumed that these were not the highest officials, who are currently in China on an official visit, and most likely it was one of the associates of US President Donald Trump.

One of them, Sebastian Gorka, had previously met with Cvijanović when she was visiting the US. He is an aide who heads the White House Counterterrorism Unit.

Cvijanović began her visit by meeting with Republican Congressman Randy Fine, who is known for his controversial and Islamophobic statements, Klix.ba writes.
