Buckley Carlson called “The Daily Wire” co-founder “truly repulsive” for suggesting young Americans struggling to make ends meet should move abroad, writing, “Hard to fathom this is the ‘man’ that presumes to lecture – endlessly, angrily – the ‘acceptable’ parameters of the ‘conservative movement.’”
“AND, specifically to young Americans unable to survive the economy he and his friends designed and still advocate,” added the former Fox News personality’s eldest son, who serves as deputy press secretary for Vice President JD Vance.
Shapiro shared his extreme advice during a recent episode of the “Triggernometry” podcast, where he said, “If you’re a young person and you can’t afford to live here, then maybe you should not live here.”
Tension between Shapiro and the elder Carlson turned into a full-on feud in October after the latter welcomed white nationalist and self-styled “proud incel” Nick Fuentes on his podcast, “The Tucker Carlson Show.”
Shapiro lashed out at his fellow right-wing pundit on his own “Ben Shapiro Show” afterwards, calling him an “intellectual coward” and a “terrible friend” who has “turned himself into a conspiracist and a crank and a pathological liar” since his 2023 split with Fox News.
