National bodybuilder Osama Saeed has won a gold medal at the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in Bhutan.
His outstanding performance has brought immense honour to the country and highlighted Pakistan’s growing presence in international bodybuilding competitions.
Osama Saeed showcased exceptional strength, physique, and discipline to outperform participants from several South Asian nations.
His remarkable achievement earned him the top position on the podium, securing the gold medal for Pakistan.
Congratulatory messages have poured in from sports officials, fans, and fellow athletes, celebrating Osama Saeed’s victory as an inspiration for the youth of Pakistan.
Officials from the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation also lauded Osama’s accomplishment, expressing hope that this triumph will encourage more athletes to pursue the sport professionally and raise Pakistan’s profile on international fitness platforms.
Around 100 competitors from seven countries — Bhutan, India, Nepal, the Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan — are participating in the tournament in the 20 categories, including Mr South Asia, bodybuilding, sports physique, and athletic physique.
The championship is being held from June 11 to 15 at the iconic Clock Tower Square in Thimphu.
