The Prime Minister and Opposition Leader reached agreement on the nomination yesterday and completed the process with signatures this morning at Parliament.

The notice was submitted to Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly, Neil Rowe, for official announcement. Parliament is scheduled to vote on the nomination in October.

Once ratified, Bostic’s appointment will take effect on November 30, following the end of current President Dame Sandra Mason’s term on November 29.
