At Anegada Beach Club, lobster is folded into spicy mac and cheese or skewered on rum-soaked kebabs. Anegada Reef Hotel serves delicate wontons in garlic sauce. Flash of Beauty pairs a rich curry with golden plantain balls. Pink Flamingo turns up the heat with jerk lobster sandwiches.
