Nocturne Luxury Villas, the owner and operator of luxury villa rental companies across the United States, Caribbean and Mexico, has appointed Dane Jensen as its new chief operating officer, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Jensen brings nearly two decades of hospitality leadership experience to the role and will oversee Nocturne’s end-to-end operations as the company enters a new phase of growth. His responsibilities include property performance, guest experience, field team leadership and the continued development of service standards across Nocturne’s expanding global portfolio.
“Nocturne is entering an accelerated growth stage, and Dane brings the exact operational expertise and vision we need at this important juncture,” said Scott Wiseman, chief executive officer of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “He brings a proven ability to scale complex hospitality operations while preserving elevated guest experience and standards that give Nocturne its competitive edge.”
Jensen most recently served as vice president of hospitality at Vail Resorts, where he oversaw operations across a diverse collection of assets, including private homes, condominiums, full-service hotels and golf courses. His portfolio spanned both resort and residential-style hospitality offerings, aligning closely with the villa-based luxury segment Nocturne operates in.
Before Vail Resorts, Jensen spent nearly a decade at Inspirato, holding several senior leadership positions including vice president of destination operations and senior director of portfolio experience. During that time, he played a key role in managing and scaling a global luxury travel portfolio focused on high-touch service and consistency across destinations.
Jensen began his career at Omni Hotels, where he spent 12 years advancing through operational and food-and-beverage leadership roles, building a foundation in large-scale hotel operations and guest service management.
Nocturne Luxury Villas operates a growing collection of high-end villa rental brands in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, with a particular focus on delivering hotel-level service within private residential settings. The company’s leadership move comes as demand continues to rise for luxury villa accommodations, especially in the Caribbean and Mexico, where travelers are seeking space, privacy and elevated service.
The company has been on a major push to expand in the Caribbean, where its portfolio includes top villa firms like Wimco St Barth Properties.
