Police Investigate Shooting Incident on Joseph Lane

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — Monday, November 3, 2025

Police are investigating a shooting incident that left a 26-year-old All Saints man nursing a non-life-threatening injury.

Reports indicate that around midnight on Monday, November 3, the victim and a friend were walking along Joseph Lane in the vicinity of Velvet Touch when he heard a loud explosion, and realize he was injured.

The victim was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he was treated for a single gunshot wound to his left shoulder. Medical officials confirmed that his condition is stable and non-life-threatening.

Police are now searching for a male suspect, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, last seen wearing dark clothing and a purple ski mask. He was spotted driving away from the area in a dark grey Suzuki Vitara.
