The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation has revoked the marijuana license of C&C Manufacturing, LLC in Springfield due to numerous violations. The violations cited by the DCR included using unregulated THC in products, transporting marijuana out of state, and failing to track, trace, or properly destroy products.
State regulators also said C&C destroyed all marijuana products and video records at its Springfield site, despite being ordered to preserve evidence during the investigation. They accused C&C of demonstrating a disregard for Missouri’s cannabis regulations.
