The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) warmly congratulates re-elected Prime Minister Hon. Dickon Mitchell on his landslide victory in Grenada’s 2026 general election.

The outcome signals another opportunity for his leadership and continued progress in advancing the country’s national development priorities.

As Grenada embarks on this new chapter, the OECS Commission looks forward to continuing to work closely with Prime Minister Mitchell and the incoming government in advancing the shared priorities of regional integration, sustainable development, and geopolitical resilience. Grenada’s engagement and leadership within the OECS will remain important as Member States work collectively to address common challenges and strengthen the region’s prosperity.
