Greenwood Mall sees ownership, management shift

Greenwood Mall is now under new ownership and management has been transferred to Syracuse, New York-based Spinoso Real Estate Group.

Spinoso announced its role with the mall in a press release on Thursday. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but stated in the release that it has a goal of “making Greenwood Mall an increasingly attractive destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and community activities.”

The mall also has a new local owner, but details on ownership were not provided. The group stated that it will work alongside the new owner to support and strengthen tenants and improve operations.

“The transition represents a renewed commitment to Greenwood Mall and its important role in the Bowling Green community,” Spinoso stated in the release. “With local ownership and an experienced national management partner, the focus will be on investing in the property, enhancing operations, attracting new retailers, supporting existing tenants, and creating an even better experience for shoppers and visitors.”
