As I write this letter, no one knows the results of the election. But there are a number of things we do know about the several days after the election.
Browns fans will still be talking about the team’s loss to the Steelers. Ohio State fans will still be reeling after the team’s fall from the top ten. Gas will still cost over $4 a gallon. The war in Iran will not be resolved. President Donald Trump will take credit for the winning Republican candidates and blame others for those who lost. Vivek Ramaswamy, whether or not he is governor-elect, will remain an unlikable, wealthy bully who wallowed in the gutter in his attempt to secure the election. Trump (hopefully) will no longer speak of Sen. Jon Husted’s muscular rear end.
