The GIZ Caribbean Agency in the framework of the BioWaste Caribbean project, invites interested parties to participate in a public tender for the supply laboratory equipment in Grenada.

Interested suppliers should send their technical proposal, financial proposal and corporate/supplier information to [email protected] no later than 12 November 2026, by 11:59 pm UTC-4, La Paz, with “RFQ 7000026007 — Grenada Lab Equipment-BioWaste” in the subject of the email.

Submissions should contain the following information:

Corporate/Supplier Information

1. Basic Supplier Data: Registered/Official Business Name, address, tax identification number, key contact persons and other contact details
2. Financial information: Payment terms, bank details, and purchasing credit limits
3. Communication data: Information about preferred means of communication, such as email, telephone, etc.
4. Additional information: Certificate of Business Registration. Any other relevant supplier or purchasing information

Technical Proposal

• Company background and experience in offering laboratory equipment
• Completed requirements sheet – provided by GIZ in the link above
• Specification/data sheets for all equipment offered
• Any other relevant technical information and supporting documentation
• Warranty Offer for electronic and other fire suppression equipment

Financial Proposal (must be a separate PDF file from the Technical Proposal)

• Completed Financial offer saved as a PDF document — pricing template provided in the link above
