JACKSONVILLE (WISH) — The Colts lost to the Jaguars, 42-7, on Sunday, marking their fourth straight loss.
The Colts have not won in Jacksonville since 2014.
Colts running back Jonathan Taylor shared his candid thoughts on the lopsided loss.
“I mean, that was embarrassing,” Taylor said. “It’s embarrassing. It’s a butt whooping. They went down there and they kicked our teeth in. That was an old-fashioned butt whooping. It was embarrassing. But that’s what we put on display. That’s what’s going to show up on the film.”
Taylor had eight carries for 23 yards in the loss. It was the fewest carries he has had in a game since October 15, 2023 when he had eight carries in a loss on the road to the Jaguars. It was also his fewest yards in a game since that same game in October 2023.
The Colts will look to snap the losing streak on Sunday, November 8 at home against the Dallas Cowboys. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
