A day earlier, on Sunday (Oct. 18), Guterres also met with President Prabowo Subianto to discuss several strategic issues of mutual concern. The meetings came amid a growing need for multilateral cooperation to address international issues, including conflicts, security stability and global peacekeeping.
Indonesia has long maintained a partnership with the UN, including through its participation in international peacekeeping missions. This commitment represents one of Indonesia’s contributions to supporting global peace and security through multilateral cooperation. (IO/Faisal Ramadhan)
