Representatives of more than 70 local and foreign companies operating within Misrata Free Zone (MFZ), and other investors and decisionmakers, attended the opening of the MFZ Investors Forum today under the theme “Partnerships and Sustainable Growth.”
MFZ says the Forum aims to strengthen engagement between the Free Zone and investors, explore investment opportunities and ongoing and future projects, address challenges facing investment activities, and identify ways to improve the business environment and expand partnerships.
The Forum’s programme featured a recognition ceremony honouring investor companies and institutions, alongside a presentation highlighting the Free Zone’s business environment and investment opportunities.
MFZ said the Forum provides a platform for dialogue between investors and decisionmakers, fostering cooperation, promoting investment, supporting business growth, and strengthening Libya’s position in trade, industry, and logistics.
It also provides an opportunity for investors to share their views, experiences, and future aspirations, helping align the Free Zone’s efforts with the needs of the investment community and build sustainable partnerships that support economic opportunities and future growth.
