His Excellency Mr. Vincent Wasserman Sumale, PNG’s High Commissioner to theRepublic of India presented his “Letter of Credence” to the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, His Excellency, Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake, at the Presidential Palace in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on 20th April, 2026.

During the presentation ceremony, High Commissioner Sumale conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes from the Governor General of Papua New Guinea, His Excellency, Grand Chief Sir Bob Bofeng Dadae, GCL, GCMG, KStJ, the Government and the People of Papua New Guinea to the President for the health and happiness of the President, and for the continuous progress and prosperity of the people of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
