Tangerang, IO – Primaya Hospital Group marks its 20 years of service by delivering clinical excellence while encouraging people to maintain their health through Primaya Fair 2026. The event officially opened today at the Main Atrium of AEON Mall BSD City under the theme “20 Years of Excellence, Care That Matters to You.”
The opening was attended by dr. Yanti Herman, SH, MH. Kes, Director of Referral Health Service Development at the Ministry of Health; Dr. dr. Hj. Ati Pramudji Hastuti, MARS, Head of the Banten Provincial Health Office; and Leona A. Karnali, CEO of Primaya Hospital Group.
“Primaya Fair reflects the changing role of hospitals. We are no longer only providing care when people are sick, but also helping them stay healthy. This event is one way to provide health education. In other words, we are moving from hospital care to healthcare,” said Yanti.
She added that strengthening hospitals’ Centers of Excellence could also create opportunities for Indonesia to expand its medical tourism sector and showcase the country’s healthcare capabilities internationally.
“We want to show that Indonesian hospitals are capable to compete with those in other countries. Primaya Hospital has the potential to introduce its Centers of Excellence to international communities, including through health expos overseas,” she said.
Meanwhile, Ati said Banten is strategically positioned to develop healthcare services and medical tourism. Primaya Hospital BSD further improves access to healthcare for people in Banten and surrounding areas.
“Primaya Fair can serve as a role model for how hospitals can deliver health education in an engaging way and reach a wider audience. Promotional and preventive efforts like this help create a healthier Banten,” Ati said.

Now entering its third decade, Primaya operates 20 hospitals and has served 16 million patients across Indonesia. Leona said the milestone represents more than numbers, as it reflects the patients’ trust over two decades.
