A COOL, cloudy & wet day across Nebraska! Light rain/drizzle will occur throughout the day across eastern, NE.
High temperatures ranging from 58° – 76° with dew points in the 50s/60s! Cooler air farther NE where rain will be more prominent.
2-5pm: A few rain showers could occur from the Tri-Cities & eastward. More moderate rain & even a rumble of thunder or two.
Rainfall potential through Tuesday morning will occur in striations. The best chances for 0.25″+ will be from the Tri-cities & southward. Lighter accumulations within the drizzle.
Dew points will steadily rise day by day, from the 50s to the upper 60s by the weekend. This gives us chances for storms next Monday ahead of our next cold front.
Temperatures look to stay near 65° – 75° through the rest of September! *Morning temperatures look to stay near 48° – 60°! Some areas could see their first 30s the 1st week of October. The best chances come Wednesday night-Friday. This is around the time the weather pattern changes up & brings interesting weather systems.
